The photograph for our logo came from Tim Simpson a photographer and scooter racer from the UK.
Tim has  raced and owned scooters for more years than he cares to remember. He saw his first scooter race at the Donnington International Scooter Classic in 1985 and has been hooked ever since, his best results came in 1996 when he came 1st in the Lambretta Club Of Great Britain Championship and then 3rd overall in the very hotly contested Group 4 class (full bodied machines upto 210cc).He also has an Italian Lambretta GP200 road bike in Kevin Schwantz Lucky Strike colours.
Tim is a documentary photographer who also enjoys covering weddings and sporting events. Tim, and his photographer wife Amanda are also at the forefront of lightpainting photography in the UK, recently being asked to take part in the Big Chill festival and also putting on shows at the Manchester Art Gallery and the prestigious Lowry Gallery
These days he just competes for fun as his photography duties take up much of his time, he has just recently though taken delivery of a new fast and reliable racing engine from Replay Scooters  based round the Imola kit,he says "It's surprising what you can do with 31 horse power!"
The photograph for the logo was taked on slide film at Three Sisters Race Track in the UK, a track that has seen many of the battles for the UK Scooter Racing Championship over the years.
